If you want to work as an **Occupational Physician**, we have a new challenge for you! **Key Responsibilities:**
Develop, coordinate, and implement the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) and other health programs;
Administer and manage the medical department; conduct periodic internal audits of the medical department;
Perform medical consultations and clinical care, as well as follow-up in occupational health;
Provide emergency clinical care and occupational accident follow-up;
Guide and monitor workplace rehabilitation cases;
Record all medical consultations and procedures in patient medical records;
Advise on maintaining medical records and confidentiality requirements;
Monitor and classify occupational accidents according to internal procedures;
Promote employees' physical and mental health;
Coordinate with other company departments, especially occupational safety, human resources, and legal;
Provide technical support to the company’s legal department;
Evaluate existing working conditions at the facility through operational area visits;
Plan and implement collective and preventive health actions;
Assist in monitoring environmental risk control measures;
Deliver Health-related DSSs (Safety and Health Talks);
Implement Health Management per Eneva’s procedures;
Ensure periodic production of health indicators;
Participate in management meetings presenting health indicators;
Comply with Eneva’s instructions and regulations;
Monitor permits and licensing documents;
Monitor supplies and medications;
Monitor medical evaluations;
Prepare reports and expert opinions regarding occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and non-occupational diseases;
Participate in developing and coordinating accident prevention activities;
Monitor ergonomic studies of job tasks;
Support the development of professional profiling analyses;
Assist in Eneva’s quality-of-life programs;
Support the review of Eneva’s Health procedures;
Assist in managing contracted companies per Eneva’s procedures; suggest and implement health promotion and primary prevention initiatives, as well as cost-reduction strategies for healthcare services;
Coordinate with attending physicians;
Refer employees in writing to specialists when necessary;
Receive referrals back, adjusting activities based on underlying disease restrictions;
Assist in implementing prescribed treatments, monitoring and advising on their execution;
Refer employees in writing to emergency care facilities following urgent/emergency treatment;
Perform duties in accordance with company policies, safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards;
Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the corporate environment;
Comply with the company’s institutional rules and regulations. **To apply, you must have:**
Prior experience as an Occupational Physician with RQE registration
Completed Higher Education
Residence in the State of Amazonas **Work Location**: Silves\-AM
