**Production Assistant (Temporary) \- Industrial Meals \- R$ 1\.685,00 \- Galeão \- 7 openings** **TEMPORARY POSITION — READ ALL ANNOUNCED INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING.** Human Resources Consulting is selecting professionals for a large-scale industrial meals company specializing in airline catering. **Position:** Production Assistant **Employment Type:** CLT \- Temporary **Number of Openings:** 7 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Prepare raw materials, utensils, and equipment for meal assembly; Assemble meals according to technical specifications, adhering to temperature and weight standards; Record production stages and support pre-preparation, desserts, bakery, and packaging departments; Store products in compliance with food safety regulations; Ensure correct use of holding boxes and fulfill special requests; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment; Accurately complete function-related records and controls. **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed elementary education; Experience in industrial, factory, or meal production; Food industry experience is a plus; Experience in catering, fast food, airline industrial meals, or industrial kitchens will be considered an advantage; Temporary position with potential for permanent hiring based on performance; Stage 1: Interview at Rio de Janeiro city center; Stage 2: Interview and practical test at Galeão — Ilha do Governador. **Work Mode:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Galeão **City:** Rio de Janeiro **Benefits:** \- Transportation Allowance \- On-site Meal After formalization, benefits include: Transportation Allowance, On-site Meal, Childcare Assistance, Food Allowance, Health Insurance, and Group Life Insurance. **Working Hours:** 6x2 rotating schedule: Employees work six consecutive days and have two consecutive days off.
