**Occupational Health and Safety Technician \- OHS**
**Job Description:**
We are looking for an organized, analytical, and committed Occupational Health and Safety Technician dedicated to health and safety in the corporate environment. The ideal candidate possesses both technical and behavioral competencies to ensure efficient execution of OHS management tasks and collaborate with the team to foster a safe and legally compliant workplace.
This professional will also directly support a retail client, conducting field visits to stores to carry out on-site activities such as Daily Safety Talks (DDS), training sessions, CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) support, issuance of Work Accident Reports (CAT), safety patrols, management and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and other preventive and corrective actions.
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Weekly workload: 44 hours (220 hours per month).
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Support data collection and organization of technical information for preparation, renewal, and updating of reports (LTI, LTP, LTCAT);
* Prepare, review, and maintain up-to-date mandatory OHS legal documents, including Risk Assessment Report (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Individual Occupational Profile (PPP), Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PCA), Respiratory Protection Program (PPR), among others;
* Monitor validity deadlines of documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements;
* Manage OHS-related document management and physical/digital archiving;
* Support internal and external audits by organizing required evidence and documentation;
* Develop reports, spreadsheets, and managerial indicators for the OHS area;
* Assist in communication with technical service providers and collect information for contracts and reports;
* Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of OHS-related administrative processes;
* Conduct technical field visits to deliver training sessions, DDS, CIPA support, CAT issuance, safety patrols, and activities related to PPE distribution and control.
**Requirements:**
* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE);
* Prior experience focused on OHS administrative routines;
* Practical knowledge of preparing legal documents and technical reports;
* Familiarity with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and OHS management systems;
* Strong written communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and document management platforms;
* Experience with systems such as SOC or similar is considered a plus.
