Job Summary: Responsible for restocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining shelf labeling, customer service, and inventory control to ensure product availability. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize product availability and customer experience. 2. Maintain store organization and merchandise display. 3. Provide courteous and attentive customer service. **Understand Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, executing basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", ensuring correct stock location within aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with safety rules and procedures to always guarantee high stock availability for customers; * Replace labels and create shelf labeling and product sample displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" procedure, keeping display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf front; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastics, equipment, or any other items obstruct or hinder customer circulation in the department aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to checkout staff requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Respond attentively to customers when approached, always with courtesy, attention, and willingness, enabling sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts in your assigned territory, considering the four scenarios (replenishment, inventory, AVS's, and unscanned stockouts), to monitor available products. **To Join Our Team, You Must Have:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating elevated platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition; * Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
