We seek professionals whose values align with ours: Caring for people Responsibility Ethics Excellence and Results Customer at the Center Requirements: We are looking for a remote **SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER**, with a minimum of **6 years** of expertise, and experience in **BANKS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES**, developing, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce platform solutions—ensuring high performance, security, and alignment with business needs. The professional will be responsible for implementing customizations, integrations, and automations, as well as providing technical support to the team and proposing continuous improvements to processes and systems. **Responsibilities** * Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) * Perform integrations between Salesforce and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) * Prepare technical and functional documentation for projects * Propose improvements and automations to business processes * Support and mentor junior developers * Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices * Participate in technical meetings and requirements gathering sessions * Conduct unit and functional testing of developed solutions * Escalate critical tasks to higher-level teams * Ensure compliance with SLAs and sound development practices **Mandatory Technical Skills** * Experience (minimum 5 years) in Salesforce development * Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is desirable) * Intermediate technical English * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT or related fields * Experience with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) * Knowledge of process automation tools (Flow, Process Builder) * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Ability to interpret technical and functional requirements **Desirable Technical Skills** * Additional Salesforce certifications (Admin, Architect, Consultant) * Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) * Experience with script-based automation (JavaScript, Python) * Experience with proactive monitoring and advanced troubleshooting * Familiarity with CI/CD and automation pipelines * Experience with complex integrations and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) * Knowledge of security and governance on the Salesforce platform **Mandatory Behavioral Skills:** * Collaboration * Commitment * Effective communication * Discipline * Organization * Logical reasoning * Teamwork **Desirable Behavioral Skills:** * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Collaborative and results-oriented profile * Leadership ability * Analytical mindset Benefits What you’ll get with the blue side **COOPERATIVE** Health and Well-being Program Benefit packages offered by the cooperative, which you can choose according to your needs; Paid leave of 15 days after the 12th month.
