**SUMMARY:**
Act as a strategic partner to industrial management, responsible for in-depth production cost analysis, operational performance, and inventory management—supporting data-driven decision-making through key metrics and critical analysis, with emphasis on efficiency, productivity, profitability, and working capital.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze industrial costs (fixed and variable) with focus on operational efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor and explain variances among budgeted, standard, and actual costs, identifying root causes.
* Assess impacts of volume, product mix, efficiency, losses, scrap, and capacity utilization on costs.
* Develop product-/family-level cost analyses.
* Analyze and monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventories.
* Track key indicators such as inventory turnover, coverage, obsolescence, losses, and accuracy.
* Support definition and monitoring of inventory and working capital policies.
* Develop and monitor industrial KPIs (cost per unit, OEE, productivity, conversion cost).
* Prepare management reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI).
* Support economic feasibility analyses for new products, processes, and investments.
* Collaborate closely with Industrial, PCP, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics departments.

**EDUCATION:**
Bachelor’s degree completed
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
* Solid experience in industrial costing, operational performance, and/or industrial FP&A.
* Experience in production cost analysis and inventory management.
* Advanced Excel skills and Power BI knowledge.
* ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Totvs, or similar).
* Intermediate English
