Support Technician | Implementation - Tax Module

Description

**Responsibilities:** * System implementation, configuration, and parameterization * Analysis of the client's business processes and validation against e\-cidade functionalities (compliance) * Validation of migrated data * Training sessions * Technical meetings * Assisted operations * Post\-implementation monitoring and support * Documentation * Use and maintain an up\-to\-date knowledge base * Client relationship management * Legal compliance and best practices * Provide user support regarding questions, bug reports, training sessions, technical meetings, parameterization/configuration, and customization requests—always leveraging the knowledge base * Log, track, and update tickets/cases with full details of the resolution provided, including all case movements and progress status * Analyze reported issues and identify solutions within the system * Provide guidance on correct usage of system functionalities * Classify and prioritize tickets based on impact and urgency * Forward tickets to technical teams (e.g., development, business units), with clear demand descriptions * Monitor feedback from technical teams and keep clients informed with regular updates **Requirements:** * Experience implementing web ERP systems or public sector management systems * Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and validation * **Knowledge of public budgeting (PPA/LDO/LOA), budget supplements, public accounting (PCASP/MSC), financial statements, trial balances for revenue/expenditure/verification, accountability reports issued by State Audit Courts (TCEs) and the National Treasury Secretariat (STN), statutory reports (RREO/RGF/DCSAP), bank reconciliation, electronic payments (OBN/CNAB), commitment orders, liquidations, payments, withholdings, EFD\-Reinf, unpaid balances, and cost accounting** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with municipal ERP systems or public sector software * Relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) * Familiarity with ITIL or support process frameworks Compensation: R$5\.392,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher Work location: Remote/hybrid work based in Niterói, RJ
