Its key processes include analyses, cost and inventory management, debt control, external audits, integration routines, reconciliations, etc. * **About the Role**: With strong communication skills, hands-on experience, and a holistic view of accounting processes, the professional will ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders—focused on continuously enhancing departmental performance—alongside accounting entries, analysis and reconciliation of generated data, ancillary obligations, and more! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform monthly financial closing—including analysis and reconciliation—to support the board’s strategic decisions; * Review and submit ancillary obligations such as ECD, BACEN, IBGE, among others. * Support internal and external audit activities by providing compliant documentation and accurate data; * Continuously improve accounting and financial processes according to company needs—ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance; * Ensure application of relevant accounting standards—including those related to inventory and debt; * Demonstrate analytical thinking, curiosity, resilience, and collaboration—with a holistic perspective. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC registration; * Prior experience in the field; * Knowledge of IRPJ and CSLL (Real Profit regime) is desirable; * Familiarity with PROTHEUS/TOTVS is a plus; **Additional Information** **WORK LOCATION:** .
