Optimization of financial resources This professional will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the development, overseeing multidisciplinary team management, budgeting, developing methods to strengthen the business through new locations in partnership with the commercial department, ensuring financial resources are applied optimally according to the Administrator's guidelines, ensuring the marketing team implements initiatives—via social media and on-site activities—to enhance the development's visibility, ensuring the operations department carries out necessary actions for the structural and environmental functionality required by the development, and ensuring other departments such as HR and Security receive necessary support and guidance. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or specialization/MBA in Business Management, Shopping Center Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VS software.
