Opportunity to optimize processes and analyze performance indicators **WE ARE HIRING!!!** **EXCELLENT JOB OPPORTUNITY THIS YEAR-END!** **A RETAIL TRADING GROUP WITH OVER 20 YEARS IN THE MARKET IS SEEKING A RESPONSIBLE AND DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL WITH A CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLAN.** INVENTORY COORDINATOR * **Team coordination:** Lead the inventory team, assign tasks, and ensure goal achievement. * **Receiving and verification:** Supervise goods receipt and product verification to ensure correct quantity and quality. * **Warehousing:** Ensure products are stored correctly and safely, managing minimum and maximum stock levels. * **Inventory:** Conduct and manage physical inventory to guarantee record accuracy. * **Shipping and delivery:** Coordinate order picking for shipment and organize delivery routes. * **Reporting and analysis:** Generate management reports, analyze performance indicators, and propose process improvements. * **Facility maintenance:** Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas. Essential Skills and Knowledge * Knowledge of inventory logistics. * Leadership skills and strong communication ability. * Logical reasoning and analytical capability. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in management tools such as ERPs and analytics software.
