Management and leadership of operational teams A company in the naval industry is seeking a Naval Operations Coordinator in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and oversee naval operations and shipyard activities. Maintain work progress within the schedule, monitoring deadlines and deliverables. Monitor service execution to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Manage and lead operational teams. Support planning of maintenance, repair, and vessel service activities. Prepare operational reports and controls. Previous experience as Maritime Logistics Manager, Naval Projects Supervisor, Navigation Projects Coordinator, or Maritime Operations Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
