Manage the school's daily operations, including finance, human resources, marketing, and customer relations. Supervise the development and implementation of services, ensuring curriculum quality and relevance to meet labor market demands in the healthcare field. Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, companies, and community organizations to provide internship, employment, and professional development opportunities for students. Lead a multifunctional team of administrative and academic staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development. Monitor and analyze school performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or experience in Business, Healthcare, or related management fields.
