Opportunity to conduct training sessions and lectures #### **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement occupational safety programs, such as PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program). * Conduct periodic inspections of workplaces, machinery, and equipment to identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive measures. * Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, prepare technical reports, and recommend actions to prevent recurrence. * Organize and deliver training sessions and lectures on occupational safety and health, proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and emergency procedures. * Monitor and supervise compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, ensuring legal conformity. * Manage and control the distribution, usage, and maintenance of PPE, as well as specify appropriate collective protective equipment (CPE). * Actively participate in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), supporting its organization and execution of activities. #### **Requirements** * Completed technical course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Driver's License Category B * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in applying and supervising Regulatory Standards (NRs), with emphasis on NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-33, and NR\-35\. * Solid knowledge of preparing and managing technical safety documentation, such as PPRA, PCMSO, LTCAT, APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis), and Work Orders. * Experience delivering technical training and lectures on occupational safety and health topics. * Familiarity with occupational safety and health management systems (OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001\). * Ability to identify, assess, and control environmental hazards (physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and accident-related). * Knowledge of first aid techniques, fire prevention, and firefighting. #### **Skills** * Safety Legislation (NRs) * PPRA/PCMSO Development * Risk Analysis (APR) * Accident Investigation * Safety Training * PPE/CPE Management * First Aid * Firefighting * ISO 45001 ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
