Description
**Job Description:**
* Responsible for leading building maintenance activities, ensuring full functionality of the facility and infrastructure of the unit.
* Monitoring and leading preventive and corrective maintenance services in electrical, plumbing, painting, building conservation, and cleaning areas, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to established deadlines.
* Operational management of teams and suppliers, supporting decision-making aligned with management strategy.
* Material release and control, inventory monitoring, spreadsheet updates, and use of operational systems in the area.
* Creation and tracking of service orders (SO), call management in the system, and preparation of managerial reports to support and monitor the Coordination.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in Building Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields;
* Knowledge and experience in preventive and corrective building maintenance;
* Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, and building conservation areas;
* Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Management, Administration, or related fields;
* Prior experience in leading operational teams and managing suppliers.
**Work Format:** On-site
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
