This professional will conduct market, competition, research, consumer behavior, and commercial performance analysis, directly contributing to business growth. \#CCAA \#ThatIsHowYouSpeak **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect, process, and analyze internal and external market data; * Monitor competitors (pricing, portfolio, positioning, campaigns); * Develop dashboards and management reports; * Identify market trends and business opportunities; * Support departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Planning; * Conduct feasibility studies and performance analyses; * Design, implement, and analyze market/consumer research; * Prepare executive presentations with clear recommendations; * Work with databases (CRM, BI, surveys, secondary data); * Track market KPIs and commercial performance; * Automate analytical routines whenever possible. **Technical Requirements** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, etc.) * Power BI * Data analysis knowledge **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * SQL * Python or R * Experience with large-scale databases * Experience with market research (qualitative and quantitative) * CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and critical thinking * Synthesis ability (transforming data into clear insights) * Clear communication across all levels (operational to executive) * Proactivity and investigative curiosity * Organization and multitasking skills * Business acumen **Additional Preferences** * Experience in competitive intelligence * Experience in sales or marketing functions * Experience in pricing * Knowledge of forecasting and projection models * Advanced English * Experience in data-driven companies * Knowledge of process automation (e.g., Power Automate, scripts) **Education / Degree** Administration; Economics; Engineering (Production, Industrial, etc.); Statistics; or Marketing. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in areas such as: Market Intelligence; Business Analytics / Data Analytics; Strategy / Marketing.
