Verify severance calculations, monitor statutory deadlines, and ensure compliance with labor legislation. Organize and manage employees' labor documentation. Update employee records and information in the TOTVS system. Support onboarding processes, internal transfers, and administrative routines of the HR department. Interface with employees, managers, and internal departments to align processes. Ensure adherence to labor regulations and procedures applicable to the hospital network. Previous experience as an HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, HR Coordinator, or Training and Development Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
