Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards **GRIDDLE COOK** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Operate the griddle; Assist in burger assembly; Assist other kitchen staff with pre\-preparation, preparation, and food processing; Clean the griddle by removing residues with a spatula and operate the equipment by adjusting gas openings to heat the surface.
