Structured environment with operational flexibility **Financial Analyst** On-site \| Penha – RJ CLT \| Immediate start Steel Chandler A small-sized company in the **Industrial Materials Trading / Oil & Gas** sector is seeking a **Mid-to-Senior Financial Analyst** for strategic and operational roles, focusing on financial planning, controls, and management support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle routine financial tasks: invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations * Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial KPIs * Prepare financial reports and cash flow projections * Design and implement financial controls and dashboards * Conduct bank validations and support payments, including international payments (preferred) * Issue fiscal invoices and support administrative controls * Collaborate within a team, with direct interface with the Commercial Department * Report financial results and analyses directly to the CEO **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree * 2–5 years of experience in finance * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, concatenation) * Knowledge of financial mathematics, budgeting, and financial control * Intermediate English proficiency * ERP system experience (OMIE, Ploomes, or Sankhya preferred) * Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a plus **Behavioral Competencies:** * Respect for hierarchy and processes * Planning and organization * Autonomy, proactive attitude, and hands-on approach * Leadership and owner’s mindset * Decision-making ability * Problem-solving skills, ethical conduct, and professional maturity **Additional Information:** * Direct reporting to the CEO * Interface with Commercial, Logistics, and Warehouse departments * Structured environment with clear processes and operational flexibility **Salary Range:** R$ 5\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance (R$ 25/day) * AMIL Individual Health Plan (effective after the 3rd month) Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Desired Education Background: * Economics, Undergraduate Degree * Business Administration, Undergraduate Degree * Accounting Sciences, Undergraduate Degree * Actuarial and Financial Sciences, Undergraduate Degree * Transportation\-Allowance * Medical Assistance * Meal\-Allowance
