Support on labor, corporate, and contractual legislation We are looking for a Legal Analyst to support the company's legal demands, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and support for internal departments—especially operations, human resources, contracts, and administration. Key Responsibilities Analyze, draft, and review commercial, operational, and service-provision contracts; Monitor labor, civil, and administrative proceedings in coordination with partner law firms; Manage procedural deadlines and legal documents; Provide legal support to internal company departments; Assist in risk management and compliance; Prepare legal opinions and managerial reports; Monitor notifications, audits, and inspections; Support matters related to labor, corporate, and contractual legislation; Organize the company's legal files and records. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law; Prior experience in corporate legal practice; Knowledge of contracts, labor law, and civil law; Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Analytical, organized, and proactive profile. Advantages Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations companies; Knowledge of LGPD and compliance; Experience with legal management systems and contract management; Active OAB registration is mandatory.
