




Job Summary: An internship focused on customer service, using management software and developing communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Key Highlights: 1. Improved communication and interpersonal relationships Responsibilities: Customer service, use of automation and enterprise management software (including partner companies), completion of spreadsheets and managerial reports, and document archiving. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidence in public-facing roles. Skills to be developed: proactivity, organization, agility to handle multiple simultaneous situations, confidence and resolution in customer service, strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage adverse situations, and empathy to meet customer needs. Schedule: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
