Administrative support and handling various requests Clean and sanitize indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas. Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, and inspecting equipment. Organize inventory, collect and dispose of garbage, load and unload materials, and maintain overall space organization. Answer phone calls, receive visitors, serve coffee, distribute notices, and assist with other tasks as needed, such as during events or at the reception desk.
