Clarify technical questions from customers and other store staff; Control the entry and exit of psychotropic and narcotic medications; Verify compliance with technical-legal procedures; Coordinate documentation and handling of technical non-conformities, and define solutions for them; Supervise product recalls and inspections; Conduct routine inventory checks.
