




Job Summary: Procurement Analyst responsible for quotations, negotiations, and purchasing of hospital supplies; supplier management; inventory control; and cost optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Development of a supplier portfolio and inventory optimization **Position: Procurement Analyst** **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 **Meal Allowance:** R$ 25.00 per day (no payroll deduction) **Transportation Allowance:** no payroll deduction **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of hospital supplies. * Manage and develop a supplier portfolio (research, evaluation, and performance assessment). * Ensure supply continuity and inventory control (turnover, lead time, and reorder point). * Issue and track purchase orders, delivery deadlines, returns, and non-conformities. * Align procurement requirements with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, and regulatory affairs). * Pursue cost reduction and efficiency gains in procurement activities. * Maintain up-to-date records (products, suppliers, prices, and ABC classification). * Support audits, compliance initiatives, and preparation of procurement reports/indicators. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role. * Practical experience in negotiation, proposal analysis, comparative assessments, and supplier management. * Knowledge of inventory management (ABC classification, turnover, lead time). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * ERP experience (Sankhya). * Basic understanding of taxation and pricing mechanisms.
