If you identify with this profile and wish to be part of this journey, **join us and accelerate your career**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safely transport employees within the mine’s operational area, ensuring movement between work fronts, support points, and administrative areas. * Strictly comply with safety, internal traffic, and operational procedures established by the company and client. * Operate authorized passenger vehicles, respecting speed limits, signage, and designated routes within the mine area. * Conduct daily vehicle inspections before shift start, verifying safety conditions, functionality, and cleanliness. * Immediately report any irregularities, mechanical failures, or maintenance needs to the responsible person. * Ensure safe boarding and disembarking of employees at appropriate locations. * Maintain professional and courteous conduct when serving passengers during transportation. * Complete checklists, trip records, and other operational controls required by the company. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure passengers also comply with safety standards. * Support internal logistics coordination for transportation, as directed by operational leadership. * Maintain vehicle condition, contributing to operational safety and activity continuity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 6 months of experience * EAR * Reside near Nova Lima, Itabirito, or Ouro Preto **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories \- food & dining, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more—available 24/7 with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and adolescents’ education is.
