We are seeking a **Legal Controller Attorney** to serve as a key piece within the firm’s structure, ensuring efficient procedural control, legal compliance, and strategic organization of legal routines. Your role will be essential in guaranteeing legal security, risk management, and technical support to lawyers, directly contributing to the sustainability and excellence of services delivered. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and update procedural and administrative deadlines; * Register and process legal publications in internal systems; * Organize calendars for hearings, oral arguments, and court orders; * Update procedural management spreadsheets and systems; * Register and clear deadlines, court orders, and case movements; * Support communication with lawyers to track pending items; * Ensure integrity, reliability, and up-to-dateness of information and management reports. Requirements * Prior experience in legal controller roles or procedural monitoring; * Knowledge of legal systems (preferably EasyJur); * Proficiency in Google Workspace; * Organized, analytical, detail-oriented profile with a sense of priority; * Strong communication skills and accountability regarding deadlines.
