Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate schedules, ceremonies, and deliverables for Procurement transformation projects, acting as the project focal point (PMO profile). * Lead the governance initiative for product and supplier master data, ensuring taxonomy, standardization of descriptions, categorization, and tax linkages (NCM, CST). * Serve as the interface between Procurement and business areas (IT, Tax, Controllership, Operations) in project forums, identifying blockers and reporting status to management. * Execute testing, validation, and system module acceptance in ERP (TOTVS RM), ensuring alignment with business rules. * Support the structuring and review of procurement department operational standards, policies, and procedures. * Build and maintain performance indicators and dashboards jointly with the Procurement Intelligence team. * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for end users on implemented or revised processes and systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Procurement/Supply Chain processes (requisition-to-pay). * Experience managing systemic projects, preferably as a key user or PMO in ERP implementation/reimplementation. * Knowledge of material and service master data governance. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to articulate and engage effectively across multiple departments and hierarchical levels. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with TOTVS ERP (RM, Datasul, or Protheus) * Experience in the Education sector. * Knowledge of tax classification (NCM, CST) and interfacing with Tax and Accounting departments. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and much more—for you and your family Mothers working under a hybrid model receive 100% remote work from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under a hybrid model receive 100% remote work from the child’s birth until age six months Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
