Focus on safety, environmental, and quality standards We are hiring a **Refrigeration Technician** to carry out maintenance services at the **Hospital das Clínicas da UFMG**, located in Belo Horizonte. The professional will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and commissioning air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems, ensuring full functionality and mechanical system efficiency of the facility. **Responsibilities:** * Install, inspect, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems; * Charge and recover refrigerant gas, clean coils, and replace filters; * Perform pressure, temperature, and electrical current measurements on equipment; * Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration schematics; * Support the technical team in assembling refrigerant piping networks and ductwork; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; * Prepare technical maintenance and system performance reports. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in **Refrigeration and Air Conditioning** or related fields; * Proven experience in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems (split, VRF, self-contained, chillers, etc.); * Knowledge of electrical systems applied to refrigeration; * Availability for on-site work in Belo Horizonte/MG. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **hospital, industrial, or public construction projects**; * Up-to-date certifications in **NR-10, NR-35, and NR-18**; * Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings; * Organization, accountability, and quality focus.
