Support daily technical problem resolution Position: Maintenance Coordinator Location: Belo Horizonte and metropolitan region Field work, visiting stores. Job Description: Responsible for coordinating and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities across units, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. Focus on demand organization, service tracking, and store support. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and schedule maintenance services * Coordinate and supervise service providers * Ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance * Support daily technical problem resolution * Manage maintenance requests and demands * Monitor quality and safety standards Skills and Knowledge: * General maintenance knowledge (electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, and building) * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Good communication skills * Proactivity and agility in problem resolution * Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously * Ease in managing service providers Requirements: * Experience in general maintenance * Valid driver's license (CNH) * Willingness to travel Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$4\.000,16 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
