Drive technological modernization projects **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, manage, and evolve IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, telecommunications, databases, security, and hybrid environments). * Ensure high availability of critical retail systems (POS, ERP, WMS, TMS, e-commerce, and integrations). * Manage infrastructure across physical stores, distribution centers, and headquarters, ensuring connectivity, performance, and standardization. * Lead internal technical teams and third-party vendors (SLA, contracts, costs, and performance). * Define and monitor infrastructure KPIs (uptime, incidents, response time, capacity, costs). * Implement information security policies, backup, contingency, and disaster recovery plans (DRP). * Drive technological modernization projects, cloud migration, virtualization, and automation. * Collaborate cross-functionally with business areas, understand retail requirements, and propose technology solutions. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, LGPD, and IT governance best practices. **RequirementsAcademic Qualification** * Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. **Professional Experience** * Solid experience in IT infrastructure management.
