We seek a professional experienced in managing medium- and high-complexity service projects, responsible for planning, monitoring and control, cost and profitability management, quality control of deliverables, resource management, and tracking team performance efficiency, all aligned with established delivery standards and methodology. Results orientation is required, combined with systemic, strategic, and market vision, as well as an owner’s mindset. Manage and develop resources through planning, monitor and track team performance efficiency, and negotiate assertively and clearly while managing potential conflicts.
