Work Modality: Hybrid Contract Type: Indefinite-term Application Period: from (03/06/2026 to 03/12/2026) Expected Start Date: Second semester of 2026 Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields; * Solid experience in industrial/mining environments with focus on Automation and OT systems; * Proven experience managing CAPEX and OPEX projects; * Advanced knowledge of: * SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems * Industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet) * Industrial network infrastructure and IT/OT integration * Dispatch systems * Experience managing contracts and third-party companies * Experience in multi-site environments with remote team coordination * Advanced English (technical reading and interaction with global suppliers) * Experience in Mining or Heavy Industry * Willingness to travel. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience with Dispatch solutions applied to mining, such as: * Mobile asset monitoring (Fleet Management Systems) * Remote sensing and telemetry * Predictive analytics platforms * Experience with suppliers such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, ABB, Hexagon, Wenco, or similar.
