Our purpose is clear: to impact the market with cutting-edge technology, challenge boundaries, and create innovative software that transforms companies across Latin America and the world. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively participate in all stages of the software development process—from feature conception alongside the product team through implementation, maintenance, and versioning of projects. * Proactively share knowledge to contribute to the professional development of the team. * Consider aspects related to scalability, performance, code quality, and software architecture. * Suggest improvements to the development process. * Continuously pursue technological advancement, staying updated on the latest technologies and development methodologies used in the market. * Be committed to the team, deliverables, and the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** * Experience in front-end and back-end software development. * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analysis and Development of Systems (ADS), or related fields. * Advanced knowledge in: * JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS; * PHP 8; * Mobile application development; * Consuming and building APIs (REST); * Experience with agile methodologies. * Hands-on experience with React Native and React.js frameworks. * Familiarity with modern IDEs (e.g., Cursor IDE, VSCode, etc.). **Success Factors for this Role:** * Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Basic understanding of UI/UX. * Experience with agile practices (Lean, Kanban, Scrum). * Version control knowledge. * Technical English. * Ideal: over 1 year of development experience. **Additional Information** **CLT Employment Contract** **** Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher (R$32/day); Transportation Voucher (bus card only); Profit Sharing; Unimed Health Plan with no co-payment, partially subsidized for the Teker and dependents; Dental Plan for the Teker and dependents; Pharmacy Benefit; Life Insurance; TeleNutri: online nutrition consultations Monday through Friday with various nutritionists; TekBaby: gift for newborns and extended leave policies (Maternity Leave: 6 months / Paternity Leave: 1 month); Meu Pet Club: pet health plan; SESI/SESC Club membership; Access to top Brazilian gyms via Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Discount partnerships with stores and services (Duo Gourmet, Cemig Sim, Coco Bambu, etc.); Birthday gifts and celebrations; Tek Store: free merchandise for employees; Education benefits and partnerships: UnicoSkill, Udemy, Wise UP, EnglishPass, Descomplica, and more; Unitek: Teknisa’s corporate university for professional growth.
