Join us to shape the future with creativity and impact! **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Mastery of Agile and Lean methodologies; facilitating agile ceremonies; supporting the application of best practices; promoting continuous process improvement for the team. * Backlog management: supporting organization, prioritization, and refinement of requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. * Metrics and KPI tracking: monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to assess team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Facilitation and communication: promoting alignment among teams and stakeholders; supporting expectation management; mediating impediments and conflicts. * Technical contribution: supporting the team in creating and validating technical solutions that meet quality standards and project objectives. * Promotion of agile culture: guiding teams in applying agile values and principles, encouraging collaboration, autonomy, and growth in agile maturity. * Cross-functional integration: acting as a liaison between technical teams, management, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment in deliveries. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience working as a Scrum Master. * Experience in high-performance teams focused on developing digital services. * Proficiency in agile practices and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar. * Ability to track and analyze agile metrics and team performance indicators. * Strong communication skills and ability to act as a facilitator among technical teams, management, and stakeholders. * Knowledge of ERP systems is considered a plus. **What We Offer to Support Your Success:** * 100% remote work; * Flexible schedule (40 hours per week); * Birthday day-off with a special iFood benefit! * Meal or food allowance (applicable even during vacations); * Fully company-covered health and dental insurance; * Home office allowance; * Home office setup allowance (to enhance your home workspace); * Reimbursement for English, technology, and related courses; * Araújo Pharmacy network agreement; * Gympass; * MetLife life insurance; * Psychological support; * Extended maternity and paternity leave.
