Job Summary: Responsible for baggage loading and unloading, passenger and information verification, document completion, and financial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and clarification of customer inquiries 2. Filling out and organizing documentation 3. Baggage and passenger management Responsibilities: \- Load and unload baggage \- Label and verify baggage \- Provide information and clarifications to customers \- Release arriving and departing vehicles \- Verify passengers inside the vehicle and complete the RT form with necessary information \- Weigh and charge for baggage overloads when applicable \- Fill out the boarding pass envelope and deliver it to the driver \- Complete baggage damage and loss complaint forms \- Complete the cargo dispatch list if cargo is shipped, and deliver it to the driver \- Submit financial reports to the supervisor **Availability to work on a 5x1 rotating shift from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM; weekend and holiday availability required** Employment Type: Part-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
