Job Summary: Performs manual tasks to support field activities in environmental, civil construction, mining operation, and various cleaning sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Manage tools and assist in environmental inspections Perform manual tasks to support field activities related to environmental sector demands, including building construction, civil construction renovation, mining operations, and various cleaning tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load, unload, and transport materials manually or using hand carts and/or hand tools, enabling material utilization or removal; * Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar, facilitating foundation work, preparing construction sites, clearing areas, compacting soil, installing pipelines or electrical conduits, or executing similar works; * Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar; * Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and arranging them according to instructions; * Perform various cleaning tasks (e.g., gutters, boxes), organize work areas, monitor solid waste disposal, and support and assist diverse environmental monitoring activities; * Assist in general environmental tasks as well as masons, carpenters, or supervisors, either jointly or independently, to successfully complete assigned tasks; * Maintain conservation of work sites and perform maintenance on environmental control infrastructure points; * Manage and care for tools used in the role and assist in environmental inspections. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Incomplete elementary education. **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** **Health insurance for employee and dependents;** **Dental insurance for employee and dependents;** **Life insurance;** **Semi-annual Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR);** **Meal allowance of BRL 1,000.00;** **Christmas card;** **On-site cafeteria;** **Chartered transportation;** **Physical activity and wellness platform \- Wellhub;** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and family members \- PluxeeCuida;** **6-month maternity leave (Citizen Company Program);** **20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program).** **We are a Brazilian company engaged in exploration, development, and operation of mineral assets.** With 18 years of experience, we currently operate across all regions of Brazil, maintaining a diversified portfolio covering a wide range of minerals, including iron ore, gold, nickel, rare earth elements, phosphate, and limestone. We hold projects at various stages of the mining lifecycle—from greenfield exploration to full-scale operations—and employ over 2,100 professionals nationwide, all committed to our purpose. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines—both part of the Baratinha Complex—and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Vale do Aço region, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais project entered operation, featuring dry processing with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons, increasing the Baratinha Complex’s total capacity to 4.0 million tons per year. In João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca project began operations in the third quarter of 2025\. The project holds reserves of 130 million tons, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year, exclusively through dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará State, near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, the project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
