Job Summary: Act as a technical and operational reference on the production line, train operators, and supervise SET UP to ensure compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and operational reference on the production line 2. Operator training 3. SET UP supervision and line release Main Responsibilities: * Serve as the technical and operational reference for the production line (manufacturing and/or packaging), ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution according to quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Train operators. Operate the production line during shift changes or other operational requirements. * Supervise SET UP and line release, ensuring compliance with procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience operating industrial machinery; experience in pharmaceutical or food industries is an advantage; * Experience in people management; Shift Schedules: 3 shifts — Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
