Job Summary: Responsible for performing manual tasks to assist in construction, civil renovation, and various cleaning activities, including loading, unloading, excavation, and mixing of materials. Careful maintenance of work sites Responsible for performing manual tasks to assist in construction, civil renovation, and various cleaning activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials manually or using hand carts and/or hand tools, enabling the use or removal of such materials; * Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar, facilitating foundation work, installation of water or electrical conduits and piping, or similar construction works; * Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar; * Prepare and transport materials, tools, equipment, or any components, cleaning and organizing them according to instructions; * Perform various cleaning tasks (e.g., gutters, boxes, etc.); * Assist masons, carpenters, or supervisors, either collaboratively or independently, to successfully complete their assigned tasks; * Ensure careful maintenance of work sites where services are being performed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Incomplete elementary education. We have projects at various stages of the mining lifecycle—from greenfield development through to full-scale operations—and employ over 2,100 professionals nationwide, all committed to our purpose. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines, part of the Baratinha Complex, and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Steel Valley, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais Project entered operation with a dry-processing annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons, increasing the total capacity of the Baratinha Complex to 4.0 million tons per year. In the municipalities of João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca Project began operations in the third quarter of 2025\. The project holds reserves of 130 million tons, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, and its full-capacity production is expected to reach 2.0 million tons per year, exclusively via dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará State, near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, the project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
