Development of technical work for process improvement Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Relevant work experience; * Experience with Mine Planning software (Micromine, MinePlan, and others). * Pit optimization and operationalization; * Sequencing of daily, weekly, and monthly mining plans; * Contributing to fleet sizing and its performance indicators to optimize mining plans; * Developing/reviewing pit, deposit, and stockpile designs; * Conducting weekly and monthly mining compliance studies; * Developing technical work to improve mine planning/operation processes; * Daily monitoring of the mining plan, analyzing material quantity and quality; * Preparing reports for ANM (National Mining Agency) and competent environmental agencies; * Responsible for contract management and measurement, and evaluation of contracted companies supporting mining planning; * Contributing to compliance with legal regulations in company practices and procedures, while ensuring all work is performed according to the company's defined safety standards and zero accidents. 2512110202491217388
