




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing asset monitoring, reliability, and equipment failure analysis projects in mining operations. Key Highlights: 1. Management of the implementation of the Asset Monitoring Center (CMA) 2. Development and implementation of RCM/FMECA/FTA for assets 3. Preparation of statistical reliability studies LDA Responsible for managing the implementation of the CMA (Asset Monitoring Center) and for developing and executing the "Integrated Inspection" project. Responsible for developing and implementing RCM / FMECA / FTA (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) for mine assets. Responsible for preparing statistical reliability studies LDA to improve and extend the service life of equipment and components. Responsible for effectiveness initiatives using agile methodologies in SCRUM project management, as well as SMED. Conducting equipment and mine fleet failure analyses using technical methods and tools, with outputs providing technical guidance to maintenance teams regarding corrective actions for failures and defects. Statistical reliability studies estimating the probability of failure to prevent failures in the upcoming month, enabling effective asset management. Integrated analysis utilizing tools such as loss profiling, maintenance indicators, telemetry, component hourmeters, mine conditions, Sentinel, and predictive analytics to prevent losses.
