Manage teams, resources, and clinical processes, guaranteeing compliance with protocols, technical standards, and institutional guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead and develop the nursing team; Monitor clinical and quality indicators; Ensure adherence to clinical and patient safety protocols; Participate in the clinical and strategic planning of the service; Promote multidisciplinary integration; Contribute to continuous process improvement and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with active registration in the professional council. Prior experience in coordinating nursing teams. Knowledge of healthcare protocols and regulations. Skills in people management and conflict resolution. Ability to communicate clearly and assertively. Continuous updating on best practices in healthcare.
