We are looking for a **Real Estate Prospector** to support us in mapping desired areas within our operational region and identifying available properties for purchase or lease.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Update area-specific indicators when necessary;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;

* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and leadership direction;
* Identify available properties in target areas designated for acquisition;
* Search for properties on-site for purchase or lease;
* Contact real estate agents and/or property owners to gather information about properties (square footage, rental or sale prices, documentation);
* Record information and reports;
* Conduct property entry and return inspections;
* Represent the company via power of attorney;
* Sign purchase, sale, and lease contracts for properties;
* Support leadership in activity planning;
* Support leadership in route planning.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Minimum 6 years of experience in sales or negotiation;
* Basic knowledge of real estate transactions;
* Negotiation techniques;
* Proficiency in MS Office suite tools;
* Proficiency in Google suite tools.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Skill in using formulas to automate spreadsheet filling;
* Data analysis and manipulation to generate actionable insights.
**Other requirements:**
* Driver's license — Category B.
