We Build Futures.”* We are seeking young people who have completed or are currently enrolled in high school and wish to begin their professional journey in the administrative and customer service sectors. Join our team and develop your skills with support from experienced professionals. **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities: * Assist with routine customer service and administrative tasks; * Collaborate with the departmental team on operational and administrative activities; * Participate in training and development programs recommended by FTD; * Adhere to company guidelines and standards, contributing to a productive and collaborative work environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in evening classes. * Not currently enrolled in higher education. **Required** * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. **Desired Skills** * Strong communication skills; * Organizational ability and proactivity when managing multiple tasks; * Numerical aptitude. **Expected Attitudes** * Commitment to scheduled hours and deadlines; * Responsibility when handling corporate equipment and information; * Team-oriented mindset, collaborative spirit, and desire for professional growth. **Additional Information** * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance — Central Nacional Unimed; * Life insurance.
