Interaction with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients We are seeking a **Civil Engineering Analyst** to join our technical team, responsible for planning, monitoring, and analyzing civil engineering projects and construction works. The professional will ensure technical quality, compliance with standards and regulations, as well as adherence to deadlines and established goals. **Responsibilities** * Develop, review, and interpret civil engineering projects (structures, hydraulics, infrastructure, etc.); * Monitor construction execution, conduct technical inspections, and issue field reports; * Control project schedules, measurements, spreadsheets, and budgets; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality and safety requirements; * Support preparation of technical proposals and contract analysis; * Conduct technical feasibility studies and assist in decision-making; * Interact with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients; * Propose improvements to processes, construction methods, and technical solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration); * Prior experience in construction works, projects, or planning (as required by the company); * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and advanced Excel; knowledge of modeling software (Revit, BIM) is a plus; * Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT), legislation, and engineering best practices; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and effective communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in construction project management or supervision; * Knowledge of BIM, MS Project, or Primavera; * Experience in consulting engineering firms or construction companies. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance); * Opportunities for professional development and growth; * Collaborative environment with a focus on innovation.
