Team technical integration for challenging projects We are seeking a **Civil Engineering Analyst** to join our technical team, working on the planning, monitoring, and analysis of engineering construction projects and works. The professional will be responsible for ensuring technical quality, compliance with standards and regulations, as well as adherence to deadlines and established goals. **Responsibilities** * Develop, review, and interpret civil engineering projects (structures, hydraulics, infrastructure, etc.); * Monitor construction execution, conducting technical inspections and issuing field reports; * Control project schedules, measurements, spreadsheets, and budgets; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality and safety requirements; * Support preparation of technical proposals and contract analysis; * Conduct technical feasibility studies and assist in decision-making; * Interact with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients; * Propose improvements to processes, construction methods, and technical solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration); * Prior experience in construction projects or planning (as required by the company); * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and advanced Excel; knowledge of modeling software (Revit, BIM) is a plus; * Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT), legislation, and engineering best practices; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and effective communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in construction management or inspection; * Knowledge of BIM, MS Project, or Primavera; * Experience in consulting engineering firms or construction companies. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits (transportation voucher, meal voucher); * Opportunities for professional development and growth; * Collaborative environment with a focus on innovation.
