Apply now and accelerate your career with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and implement production processes enabling product performance evaluation. * Lead engineering projects, supporting immediate leadership to meet process change and line improvement requirements. * Monitor industrial construction projects involving installations or layout changes, electrical infrastructure, pneumatic systems, and exhaust systems. * Classify NCM codes through analysis of item specifications whenever required. * Analyze, build, and test prototypes based on received technical documentation, including drawings, construction specifications, and equipment mathematics. * Monitor manufacturing and assembly stages alongside production to verify operational compliance with the product’s specified structure. * Monitor and analyze proposed modifications to enable better manufacturing and assembly conditions without compromising the product’s technical performance. * Analyze data reports and propose improvements or adjustments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and/or Mechatronics Engineering; Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards; Experience in electro-electronic companies, with hands-on involvement in new product, process, test, jig, and equipment implementation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Key Benefits** PPR (Profit Sharing Program); Medical assistance; Dental assistance; On-site meals/corporate cafeteria; Food basket; Life insurance and funeral assistance; Wellhub/Gympass; Transportation allowance; Childcare assistance; Private pension plan; Facilities (parking, snack bar, medical clinic, leisure area, rest room, and ATM).
