




Job Summary: An occupational physician responsible for occupational health assessments, management of work absences, and labor reintegration, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Management of occupational medical examinations and monitoring of work absences **Description:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Medicine, with a certificate issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Valid registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) in the respective locality where practicing. Specialist title in Occupational Medicine awarded by the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB), or certification from a Medical Residency Program in Occupational Medicine, or a specialization course in Occupational Medicine recognized by the MEC. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in occupational health services within organizations. Training in Biosafety or NR-32\. Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by PETROBRAS. Professional skills including teamwork, flexibility, proactivity, organization, and commitment. Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an occupational physician. Conduct clinical examinations and analyze supplementary tests and/or expert opinions received to assess employee health status and determine work capacity / fitness for duty; Perform occupational medical examinations, including all relevant follow-up actions such as internal and external referrals, as well as negotiation of suitable work activities aligned with possible restrictions or limitations with leadership; Conduct pre- and post-travel health assessments; Conduct medical evaluation and/or participate in multidisciplinary boards to assess eligibility of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) for quota-based hiring; Prepare and record in the information system a transfer report for purposes of the Occupational Medical Examination for Change in Occupational Risks, specifying whether supplementary tests are required; Assess work capacity and approve medical certificates for employees deemed fully incapable of working, recording clinical data and impressions, as well as applicable medical leaves in the Health Information System, performing necessary follow-up actions; Perform forensic medical examinations to approve medical certificates in person; Monitor employees on social security benefits, including home, hospital, and/or INSS visits when required; Evaluate employee health conditions to identify possibilities for reintegration into work activities compatible with their health status or potential health impairments, and define intervention strategies; Prepare medical reports justifying the need for continued absence and prognosis in cases of unfitness for work; Issue opinions and/or reports regarding conclusions on work capacity and/or temporary partial incapacity that may require changes in employment regime or job duties, describing restrictions for specific work activities, their causes, and timelines for medical re-evaluation; Investigate and establish causal links in partnership with PETROBRAS professionals; Complete the Accident Report Form (CAT) in the Health Information System and issue appropriate notifications to involved parties (both internal and external to the Company) concerning the Management of Anomalies and Work Accidents, as well as classify and characterize incidents per PETROBRAS norms and guidelines; Analyze causes of absenteeism due to illness or workplace accidents within operational departments; Participate in health consultations and inspections in operational areas; Jointly evaluate working conditions of accident victims together with the injured employee and the accident investigation committee, when requested, following internal procedures; Conduct hospital or home medical visits to employees if required, issue post-visit reports, and register data in electronic medical records. Participate in medical boards to conclude clinical evaluations; Work within a multiprofessional team, provide individual interdisciplinary health monitoring, and serve as a technical mentor during case discussions; Analyze working conditions and social relationships, provide guidance, and refer individuals to Health Programs and Social Services; Coordinate with attending physicians to ensure adequate technical support for occupational physician assessments, when needed; Develop structured actions integrated into various programs implemented by the Company; Prepare managerial reports and dashboards for planning and support indicator analysis using PETROBRAS management systems and tools; Provide technical opinions on matters within one’s specialty and advise PETROBRAS management upon request; Critically analyze medical record entries, preparing summaries and/or reports—including challenging causal links—as requested by the PETROBRAS team; Advise, plan, manage, consolidate, and critically analyze data; Propose, plan, and implement collective activities, promoting dialogue spaces and applying appropriate strategies to raise awareness, engage, and empower workers; Enter into PETROBRAS’ Information System records of occupational medical examinations performed by external professionals; Assume technical responsibility for services before the professional council of the relevant category, when required; Record information and consultations in official forms and/or information systems; Provide occasional urgent and emergency care, supporting readiness teams, requiring specific training provided by PETROBRAS; Carry out professional responsibilities described in Law No. 12\.842/13 and its amendments, Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) Resolution No. 2297/21, as well as other regulations issued by the CFM, State Regional Medical Councils (CRM), Normative Rules of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (NRs), and applicable legislation. 2512100202181911888
