Teamwork and store organization Responsibilities and Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers and providing the best possible human-centered service. You will exceed customer expectations by offering comprehensive solutions, including the purchase of pharmaceutical products and services, as well as other categories such as dermocosmetics, convenience items, fragrances, nutrition products, and general merchandise. You will ensure store organization, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitary regulations to deliver an optimal customer experience. As a Cashier (Financial Operator), you will be responsible for cashier operations at the store, collecting payments, and performing related procedures including cash register opening, cash withdrawals (sangria), and cash register closing. You will also support customer service and store organization to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers.
