High school diploma required; Minimum age: 18 years; Strong communication skills. **Work schedule:** 44 hours per week (8 hours daily) Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM \- 1-hour lunch break Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM \- 1-hour lunch break Saturdays: occasional training sessions or on-call shifts (8 AM to 12 PM) **Compensation:** 2080 \+ VT Meal allowance (BRL 500.94\) Dental assistance Childcare allowance (BRL 256.51\) Attendance bonus (up to BRL 200.00\) Sesc partnership Payment: BRL 2,080.00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Please provide a brief summary of your experience in public-facing customer service.
