We are looking for a Java Solutions Architect to join our team. Responsibilities: * Define technical solutions aligned with the company's strategy. * Ensure robust and scalable Java architecture. * Communicate effectively and participate in agile ceremonies. * Provide technical support to the squad and help build the team. * Articulate a long-term technical vision. * Facilitate consensus in complex discussions. * Define organizational standards and best practices. * Implement process improvements. Requirements: * Experience in Java Solution Architecture * Solid experience in solution design * Strong communication skills and experience with agile ceremonies * Ability to build and provide technical support to the squad * Ability to articulate a long-term technical vision * Ability to facilitate consensus in complex technical discussions * Ability to define standards and practices for the organization * Experience implementing process improvements Technologies: * Knowledge of architecture frameworks: TOGAF, Hexagonal, Microservices, Event-Driven, and MVC * Experience with industry best practices and standards: Clean Code, TDD/BDD, DevOps, and agile environments Preferred Qualifications: * Experience developing with Java Spring Boot, Angular 17+, TypeScript, Micro Frontends, Node.js, Unit Testing, and Swagger * Knowledge of Kubernetes * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases * Knowledge of messaging systems — Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ * Knowledge of API/REST integrations and GitHub At Capgemini, you can be yourself.
