Provide IT support and essential services (AD, DNS, DHCP). Monitor capacity, perform sizing, and manage Cloud Computing. Handle service requests, resolve incidents, and train users. Update software, configure systems, and support hardware. Execute, monitor, and document technical aspects of new projects. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Support Technician, or Support Coordinator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
