Contributing to the organization's operational excellence ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a Training Instructor passionate about developing people and transforming knowledge into results. We seek a communicative, dynamic professional skilled in delivering both in-person and online training, promoting team development and contributing to the organization's operational excellence. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Identify training needs in collaboration with company departments; * Develop and update content, presentations, and instructional materials; * Deliver in-person and online training using active methodologies; * Evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous improvements; * Monitor employee performance following training sessions; * Organize training logistics and ensure execution of development initiatives. ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Training & Development and delivering training; * Excellent communication skills, teaching ability, and ease speaking in public; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, and Canva; * Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in collections operations, customer service, or contact centers; * Knowledge of corporate learning methodologies, performance indicators, and quality metrics; * Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional design, and gamification; * Postgraduate degree in People Management, Corporate Education, or related areas. ### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance (Pluxee); * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Welhub (Gympass) or TotalPass; * Pluxee Cuida and Well-being Program; * Partnerships with Sesc, educational institutions, and leisure parks. ### **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Saturday shifts as scheduled.
